We're ZK Ranches, a Tennessee-based cow/calf operation with a passion for raising hormone-free, grass-fed/finished, and grain-finished beef. We were founded in 2012 by Zach Knowles, a sixth-generation cattle rancher with a vision of offering a superior-quality product directly to consumers. In 2018, his wife Lyndi Adler-Knowles joined the team bringing her 15+ years of horse and cattle ranching experience. We pride ourselves on providing customers with healthy, affordable, and quality products. Our goal is to serve Springfield and surrounding areas with the healthiest, most natural, and best grass-and-grain finished meat products
